MEP Manager [Indonesia]


 

Requirements:

  • Having a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Proven technical leadership experience in the development and implementation of large-scale and complex project
  • Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews
  • Have working Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Descriptions:

  • MEP Project Management of multiple projects, including coordination with other trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion
  • Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Development of project schedules, budgets and estimates
  • Coordination and review of MEP schedule
  • Tracking of project milestones and deliverables
  • Identification and resolution of project issues and risk
  • Management of change order
  • Preparation of progress report and status update
  • Conducting project meetings and site visits
  • Quality assurance/quality control of the MEP system
  • Commissioning of MEP systems
  • Close-out of MEP project documentation
