Requirements:
- Having a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry
- Proven technical leadership experience in the development and implementation of large-scale and complex project
- Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews
- Have working Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
